    Rate Information for 2011-2012

    Off Season Rates only: September - May

    August - April

    $2,150 Per month with reservations over 3 months
    Reservations under 3 months rate is $2,400 per month

    May 1st-July 30th

    Nightly rates start at $169 per night with a 5 night minimum
    Weekly rates start at $999.00 for up to 4 guests
    Monthly rates start at $3,825.00
